Wow ! It’s December and the end of the year is upon us.
Hours of Clinic for December and January
I will be working up to and on the Saturday 24th December. Then I will be away to Raglan for some R & R and clinic will resume again on the Wednesday 4th January.
Increase in fees for 2023 and short notice cancellation charges
There will be a slight fee increase starting in January 2023. All private sessions will be $80 and ACC surcharges will be $35. The charge for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will occur a $35 charge.
Prepare yourself for 2023 and start some exercise
Why not think about starting up qi gong, the ancient Chinese system of exercise utilizing gentle stretching and focused breathing. Some people refer to it as moving meditation. Either way, its easy and no injuries guaranteed. There will be a new series of qi gong classes starting in January in Taradale so let me know if you are interested.
What can be treated with acupuncture and Chinese herbs?
This question is often asked and the answer is quite simple. Basically nearly everything ! Here is a short list of conditions that I have written blogs about and there is plenty to read.
