Ivan Pivac- Auckland based blind acupuncturist
Ivan Pivac was born blind and has completed numerous degrees and also imports and exports various products that help people with disabilities. He studied his acupuncture in Hong Kong in the 1960’s and was one of the earliest members of the New Zealand Register of Acupuncturists Inc and still practices today in Glendene. We talk to Ivan and hear what he has to say about living and studying in Hong Kong in the 1960’s and how many degrees he has obtained.
