Kate Roberts, Wellington based acupuncturist running on time to complete her PhD
Kate Roberts first became interested in acupuncture after she had a motor vehicle accident as a teen and sought the treatment to help her hasten the recovery. She then went onto study acupuncture and has now been a lecturer at the New Zealand School of Acupuncture and TCM for over 13 years. Further study led her to complete a Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine as well a Post Graduate Certificate in Psychological Medicine. When not working on her PhD, she spends time with her family, running around Wellington or doing yoga.
