Dr John McDonald PhD lecturing in Kansas City at the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture conference
Ken Morrison of Radio Kidnappers – The Voice of Hawkes Bay, and Heiko Lade co host on the Acupuncture on Air program to interview Dr John McDonald who will be lecturing Auckland in July 2018. John McDonald has lectured around the world on various acupuncture topics and is being sponsored by the Acupuncture Now Foundation to present his seminars in Auckland.
This is the first time he has presented in New Zealand on the topic of his research on the functions of acupuncture points. In addition, he will also be talking about the role of magnets and how they can be used in the management of pain. Researchers in Australia have a patent pending magnetic devise that can be used by acupuncture practitioners and patients alike.
Dr John McDonald is regarded as one of Australia’s leading acupuncture educators having taught acupuncture continuously for over 30 years. He obtained his PhD through Griffith University with his research topic being acupuncture and its role with rhinitis and the immune system.
