Mike Yin senior lecturer and myself at college foyer
The Acupuncture Clinic receives many inquiries as to where to study acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in New Zealand and which college does Acupuncture New Zealand recommend.
The New Zealand School of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine was founded by Olatunji Adejola in 1989. It has since then become to be regarded as the premier acupuncture teaching institute within New Zealand and now the many college graduates are spread throughout New Zealand and are practicing members of Acupuncture New Zealand.
The college can boast as having some of the most qualified and experienced TCM educators from New Zealand on their staff, including Mike Yin, Carol Yang, Michael Fletcher, Dr Debra Betts, Dr Kate Roberts and Lynn Huang.
In 2021, the campus was moved to 32 Manukau Rd, Epsom. The college invites any new, prospective student to make an appointment and visit the college and admire its highly professional premises and outstanding student facilities.
There is also a college student acupuncture clinic on site where the public can receive acupuncture from student clinicians which is fully supervised by experienced practitioners.
Listen to an interview that I did with Tony Gan, CEO of the college, which is due to go to air in September 2021.
